How can i help during camp
What Can I Do?
During Camp
Camp Counselor
For every counselor willing to spend the entire week at camp, another camper is able to attend. Counselors arrive at camp the day before the campers to prepare the cabins and welcome the campers as they arrive. Each counselor is responsible for two campers in order to provide the very best care for our campers.
Aunt, Uncle, or Grandparent
To make Royal Family Kids Camp an incredible week for the special children and to give them a week of positive memories where they feel loved, takes many hands and hearts working together.
Kitchen Staff, Life Guards, Nurses, and more
It takes many hands to lovingly prepare awesome meals for the campers and the staff for the week. Swimming is an important part of camp and we need life guards to make sure the kids are safe! There are many other positions like nurse, maintenance assistant and more. Sometimes the thing a child needs most is someone to sit with them.
Night Angels and Friday Clean-up Angels
Each room needs some Night Angels watching over the campers as their counselors take a short break and prepare for the next days activities. This position gets to spend precious time with the campers as they prepare for bed and drift off to sleep, knowing they will be safe as they sleep.
Friday clean-up angels and pack-up angels are critical to close out the week in a positive, refreshing manner!
