Our Vision
Bringing hope to the hopeless through the application of James 1:27.
“Pure and genuine religion in the sight of God the Father means caring for orphans and widows in their distress and refusing to let the world corrupt.”
Who We Are
Our Mission: Bringing Hope to the Hopeless
At Kids In Need, Inc., we exist to live out James 1:27 — caring for children who have been orphaned, abused, neglected, or abandoned. We believe every child deserves to experience safety, love, and belonging.
As a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public charity, we rely on the generosity of individuals, businesses, and churches to help deliver that hope.
What We Do
Our signature program is Royal Family KIDS Camp, a week-long summer camp that gives foster care and at-risk children a chance to simply be kids. At camp they enjoy fun, non-competitive activities, loving caregivers, and consistent adult support. We maintain a camper-to-counselor ratio of 2:1 so each child receives individual care and meaningful interaction.
Through games, stories, crafts, swimming, and quiet times, we model God’s love in practical, life-changing ways. Many children leave camp with renewed hope, increased self worth, and precious memories to carry with them.
Our Calling
We are honored to do what we believe is the Lord’s work — reaching out to those kids who need it most. Every summer, dedicated volunteers of all ages, college students, parents, and senior adults alike, serve together to pour love, care, and stability into children’s lives.
We do this because we believe no child should have to grow up in fear, loneliness, or pain. We believe God calls us to give hope, healing, and family where there is none.
Join Us
Whether you give your time, your financial support, or your prayers, there is a place for you here. Together we can help restore dignity, heal wounds, and build a future full of hope.
If you believe every child deserves kindness, safety, and love — consider joining us. Together, we can show children in foster care they are seen, valued, and loved.
